Practising Meditation and Buddhism is much richer when it’s shared with a wider community in a spirit of friendship, encouragement, guidance and inspiration, the creation of Sangha, Community.
In order for people to discover Sangha they need a place where they can explore Meditation and Buddhism in a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. A place where friendship and community are to be found.
