
In this course, 3 Meditation practices are taught as well as workshops on meditation posture, deepening practice, working with distraction and the wandering mind. Students are encouraged to practice at home what they learn each week. Recordings of led meditations are included.
The course will be presented by Aksobhin, an ordained member of the Triratna Buddhist Order.

How much is the course?
Rather than set a fixed fee we are asking for a donation.
The suggested donation is €120 for the whole course. If you cannot afford this amount, please feel free to give less.
Suggested reduced donations are €90, €60, or €20.

Are there any other activities available?
Everybody is welcome to attend Sangha Morning at the Centre every Saturday 10.30 to 13.00, for guided meditation, talks on Buddhism and to enjoy community.
This is suitable for beginners as well as experienced people.
