For many people, Buddhism is the centre of their spiritual life and its philosophical, ethical and meditative characteristics directly inform the direction and momentum of their experience. This course is an opportunity to explore some of the background to Buddhist thought and ideals.

The course will be presented by Aksobhin, an ordained member of the Triratna Buddhist Order.

    Classes are on 5 consecutive Thursday evenings.

    This Course is an opportunity to explore the history, philosophy and spiritual ideals of Buddhism.

    Extensive detailed notes are provided each week.

    Rather than set a fixed fee we are asking for a donation.
    The suggested donation is €120 for the whole course. If you cannot afford this amount, please feel free to give less.
    Suggested reduced donations are €90, €60, or €20.

    Everybody is welcome to attend Sangha Morning at the Centre every Saturday 10.30 to 13.00, for guided meditation, talks on Buddhism and to enjoy community.
    This is suitable for beginners as well as experienced people.
