Raw Vegan Twix bars

Equipment

  • 1 food processor
  • 1 pan or pot
  • 1 Non-stick pan or container

Ingredients

Crust layer

  • cup almond flower
  • cup coconut flower
  • cup melted coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Caramel layer

  • 1,5 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate layer

  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • cup raw cacao powder

Instructions

  • Add all crust ingredients to a food processor and blend until fully blended like dough. Add the dough to a non stick pan/container and spread out evenly pushing it down until firm.
  • Add all caramel ingredients to a food processor and blend until creamy. Spread it out evenly on top of the crust layer. Store in the freezer or fridge until the caramel layer is firm.
  • Add all the chocolate ingredients into a pan and blend it on low heat until everything is melted and blended together. Pour it on top of the caramel layer. Store in fridge or freezer until firm.
  • Enjoy it out of the freezer or fridge.
