Raw Vegan Twix bars
a sweet and healthy snack

Crust layer
- cup almond flower
- ⅔ cup coconut flower
- ⅔ cup melted coconut oil
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
Caramel layer
- 1,5 cups creamy peanut butter
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate layer
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup raw cacao powder
Add all crust ingredients to a food processor and blend until fully blended like dough. Add the dough to a non stick pan/container and spread out evenly pushing it down until firm.
Add all caramel ingredients to a food processor and blend until creamy. Spread it out evenly on top of the crust layer. Store in the freezer or fridge until the caramel layer is firm.
Add all the chocolate ingredients into a pan and blend it on low heat until everything is melted and blended together. Pour it on top of the caramel layer. Store in fridge or freezer until firm.
Enjoy it out of the freezer or fridge.
